Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Arrive at Noi Bai international airport. Welcomed by TRANSINDOCHINA tour guide car, being transferred to hotel in Hanoi for check in.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tours - night train to Lao Cai

Visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, His House on stilts One Pillar pagoda nearby. Continue with the Temple of Literature - Vietnam's first college. Visit Hoan Kiem lake, Ngoc Son temple, Tran Quoc pagoda, Quan Thanh temple. Cyclo ride around the old quarter streets. Transfer to train station the night train to Lao Cai. Overnight on train (A/C soft sleeper cabin). 

Day 3: Lao Cai - Sapa

Arrival to Lao Cai station at 05:00 am. Transfer to Sapa. Trekking down to Lao Chai village to visit the Tay and Dzay tribes and have a picnic lunch on the way then keep going along the bottom of the Sapa valley to get to Ta Van village, which is supposed to be the most beautiful one in the area.

Day 4: Sapa - Lao Cai  - Night train to Hanoi

Heading up to Giang Ta Chai village of the Red Zdao tribe. Heading down to Cat Cat and Sin Chai villages of Black H'Mong tribe. Enjoy the waterfall in Cat Cat and beautiful scenery along the way. Transfer to Lao Cai for the train to Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi - Halong

Arrive Hanoi around 5:00 am in the morning. Transfer to the hotel for breakfast and luggage. Then, leave for Halong Bay . Arrive Ha Long Bay and board the boat. Visiting  Thien Cung cave, Dau Go cave, Dog island, Sail island, Head islet.

Day 6 : Halong - Hanoi  - train to Hue

Continuing to cruise to visit Tortoise island, Toad island, Bai Tho mountain. Back to Ha Long wharf then transfer to Hanoi. Transfer to Hanoi train station for the night train to Hue. Overnight on train.

Day 7: Hue City tour

Arriving Hue at 10.30. Transfer to hotel for check in. In the afternoon, visit the Imperial Citadel, the ruins of the Purple Forbidden City. Víiting Dong Ba Market and enjoying the dinner cruise on the Perfume river with the traditional Hue's folk songs. 

Day 8: Visiting Pagoda and Royal Tombs 

Take a morning cruise on the Perfume River to visit royal Tomb of King Tu Duc, Thien Mu pagoda and Tomb of King Minh Mang, in a setting of gardens and lakes. 

Day 9: Hue - Danang - Hoi An

Heading south to Hoi An - the ancient town recognized as World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Continue toward Hoi An ancient town, which was originally a trade seaport influenced down centuries by traders from other countries. 

Day 10: Hoi An - My Son Holy Land

Together with tour guide strolling around the town, visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, Tan Ky old house, the Cantonese congregation, the silk street of Hoi An, the temples and pagodas of Chinese appearance. In the afternoon- visit Myson Santuary - another Wolrd Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. 

Day 11: Hoi An - Danang - train to Nha Trang

Depart for Danang for a visit of Cham Museum, home to Vietnam's largest collection of Cham culture treasures. Transferring to Danang train station for the day train to Nha Trang at 11.26. Arriving Nha train railway station at 21.12 pm. Transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Nha Trang

Day 12: Islands in Nha Trang

Taking the boat to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island, Mun Island . Visit a fishing village and taking a fresh lunch at the island. On the way back you will be able to see caves in which the sea swallows make their nest.

Day 13: Nha Trang - train to Ho Chi Minh City

Transfer to train station for the train journey to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) at11.05. Arriving Saigon at 19.18 (Star train 2). Met in Saigon train station then doing city tour to the Reunification Palace, which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam during Vietnam war, and some French architectures like the Notre Dame cathedral, the Old Central Post Office. Touring of Chinatown and Thien Hau pagoda. Visiting the Emperor Jade Pagoda and the War Remnants Museum and Ben Thanh market. 

Day 14: Tay Ninh Holy See - Cu Chi Tunnels

Heading west to Tay Ninh, head quarter of Cao Dai religion - a mixture of the Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. On the way back a stop for a visit Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnels network constructed by V.C during the Vietnam War.

Day 15: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta

Driving to the Mekong Delta, take the motorized boat to visit the Cai Be floating market, roaming into the villages to vexperience the daily lifes of the local people, enjoy the fresh fruit in the orchards. 

Day 16: Departure

At leisure until transfer to Tan San Nhat airport for departure flight. End of the tour.
